Duncan, Linton LLP is the oldest independent law firm in Waterloo Region, having served Kitchener-Waterloo and the surrounding region for more than 150 years. The firm is a full-service practice representing clients in commercial litigation; business law; municipal & planning law; construction law; real estate; wills and estates; family law; bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, employment law, and appeals.

The exceptional team of lawyers at Duncan, Linton LLP are passionate advocates who work collaboratively across practice areas to provide comprehensive legal advice, ensure all risks are identified and mitigated, and secure optimal results for their clients.

Like the lawyers at the firm, Umbrella team worked collaboratively to create new branding for the firm, redesigned the website, and created a stronger online presence through creating a regularly updated blog.

Our web team designed, developed, and built a brand new bespoke website, with aesthetics reflecting the firm’s traditional approach, that is navigable across multiple platforms, including desktop and mobile.

As we recommend with all of our clients, we took professional photographs of the firm’s office space and all lawyers. High quality photos provide a critical human connection that is often lacking from many other firm websites.

Our editorial and writing team wrote brand new customized content for the new site, highlighting the firm’s value proposition, and providing current and prospective clients with a wealth of information about the firm’s practice areas. They also revised some of the existing content that was on the firm’s previous website, to develop a deeper connection with clients and other readers. Our writing team also writes and optimizes weekly blogs for the Duncan, Linton LLP blog, positioning the firm as an authoritative source of information. The focused, specific new pages and blog are designed to help the firm target the types of files and clients they most want to attract.
